👂🥦🥩 Could your ears be craving a vitamin boost?

Turns out, hearing loss might not just be from loud concerts or aging—low vitamin B12 could be part of the picture too. (So yes, your ears might be asking for more than just peace and quiet!)

Check out the article to see what the research says about B12 and your hearing health and what symptoms to watch for.

Evidence suggests that B12 deficiency may be linked to hearing loss and possibly tinnitus, especially in older adults.

🎆 Fireworks are a fun way to celebrate—but they can also be LOUD enough to cause lasting hearing damage. If you or someone you love has hearing loss, here’s what to keep in mind tonight:

🔸 Fireworks can reach 150+ decibels—well above safe limits
🔸 Hearing devices don’t protect your ears from sudden loud blasts
🔸 Kids are especially vulnerable to noise-related damage
🔸 Temporary ringing (tinnitus) after fireworks could signal early hearing damage

👉 Need more safety tips for your 4th of July celebrations? Click the article to learn how to stay safe and protect your hearing in loud environments.

Fireworks create noise and a blast wave that can harm your hearing. Here's how to protect yourself and your family.

Did you know allergy season doesn’t just bring sneezing and sinus pressure—it can also impact your ears? 👂

Allergies can affect all three parts of the ear. When congestion or swelling disrupts normal ear function, it can cause itching, fluid buildup, pressure, balance issues—and over time, may contribute to hearing loss. This is especially true for individuals with conditions like Meniere’s disease.

Because allergies can lead to ear infections or changes in hearing, it’s important not to overlook the connection. If you’re noticing ear-related symptoms during allergy season, 🌿 we can help determine whether there’s any hearing loss and if treatment or monitoring is needed. ✅

👨‍⚕️ It’s Men’s Health Week, and with Father’s Day just around the corner, there’s no better time to talk about men’s health — including hearing. 👂💙

Men are twice as likely to experience hearing loss as women — yet many delay getting it checked. Whether it’s a dad, grandpa, husband, or brother, caring for their hearing means keeping them connected to the people and moments that matter most. 🧠🦻

This week is a powerful reminder to prioritize health from head to toe — ears included. Encourage the men in your life to schedule a hearing screening or health checkup. It’s a simple step that can make a lasting difference in communication, safety, and quality of life. 🙌

🏈 House of Hearing was proud to provide hearing healthcare to former NFL pros and their spouses at a major health screening event in Salt Lake City! 👂💪

As a preferred provider for the NFL Players Association’s Professional Athletes Foundation, we tested the hearing of over 25 retired players — and thanks to our amazing providers Mackenzie and Denver, some were able to leave with crucial treatment for their hearing loss. 🙌🦻

We’re honored to support these athletes in taking the next step toward better hearing health!
