Parkinson’s Disease is a disorder of the central nervous system that affects movement, often including tremors.Nerve cell damage in the brain causes dopamine levels to drop, leading to the symptoms of Parkinson's. Although the effects are of Parkinson’s disease are life changing there still is no cure. We are currently conducting a research study for those living with Parkinson’s Disease. Studies of family history say that if you have a close relative who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease—the most common form of dementia in older adults—your risk increases by about 30%. Although your risk increases by 30% it does not guarantee you will get it. We are currently conducting a research study for individuals with a family history of Alzheimer’s Disease. Dementia is a very common neurological disease that affects 13.9% of the population. Despite this, it is not considered a normal part of aging. There is no cure for cervical dystonia. The disorder sometimes resolves without treatment, but sustained remissions are uncommon. As the disease gets worse with time, many people develop dementia. This can cause profound memory loss and makes it hard to maintain relationships.
