Khammi’s work is for people who feel stuck in their body, overwhelmed in their nervous system, or disconnected from their inner cues. Her sessions blend deep, effective bodywork with energy work and Human Design insight to create a truly comprehensive treatment that moves stagnation, restores flow, and recalibrates the biofield.

Human Design offers powerful clarity around your energetic signature, how your body makes aligned decisions, and how to recognize your own internal cues. Combined with therapeutic bodywork and cupping, this creates meaningful shifts both physically and energetically.

We are honored to share that Monica Castillo, LMT, founder of Sol Solace Studio, has been recognized as a Changemaker by Austin Woman Magazine!

Monica is a trauma-informed sobadora who blends traditional healing with clinical bodywork, creating a space where the body is listened to, the spirit is honored, and ancestral wisdom is kept alive. Her work centers reverence, cultural integrity, and deep respect for Indigenous traditions, giving voice to healing practices that have too often been marginalized.

Maestra Erika’s first availability of 2026 is here, and we are honored to welcome her back into the studio this Saturday, February 21st.

Maestra Erika is a devoted Curandera and Energy Shifter whose work is rooted in a lifelong relationship with spirit. She began her spiritual path at age seven and works in deep partnership with lunar rhythms, allowing intuition, timing, and subtle energy to guide each session.

People are often drawn to her when they feel stuck, heavy, disconnected, emotionally overwhelmed, energetically depleted, or standing at a turning point. Her work gently clears what no longer serves, restores balance, and helps clients reconnect to their clarity, vitality, and inner guidance. Sessions can feel grounding, emotional, relieving, expansive, and deeply affirming.

Her sessions may include chakra balancing, energy healing with crystals, intuitive guidance through pláticas and corazonadas, and traditional limpias. She also offers blessings for individuals, couples, families, and sacred life moments, creating intentional space for transition, healing, and alignment.

Four Saturdays.
Four months.
Four mornings of choosing to gather.

As a community, we journeyed through The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, carving out intentional time and space to sit with the medicine of these teachings and their very real application in our lives.

Together, we broke old agreements and practiced making new ones in real time. With accountability. With tenderness. With love. Through storytelling, grief, fear, confusion, and deep listening, we held one another inside the medicine of this work.

After each gathering, it became clear that what was being released needed movement, not just understanding. Monica graciously guided us through traditional Mesoamerican medicine practices, allowing the dense energy stirred within these conversations to move through and out, so we could walk away lighter, clearer, and more aware of our ripple effect.

We closed this journey over the weekend with a traditional rose limpia. Our final meeting coincided with the birthday of one of our beloved community members, who was chosen to receive the prayers and love of the entire group. Together, we facilitated a full ceremony, moving slowly, intuitively placing roses, holding intention, and breathing through moments of vulnerability, coming together as one cohesive entity, in service of the whole.

It was a powerful reminder of what becomes possible when we replace fear with the highest frequency of love.

Our first Community Care opportunity is tomorrow, Friday February 6th at 2:30PM, with availability from Connie. Megan and Khammi will each have Community Care sessions available over the next few weeks.

‼️ Last Minute Opening ‼️Learn Curanderismo in Oaxaca

A spot has just opened for a 10 day immersive curanderismo journey in Oaxaca, beginning February 16, 2026, just two and a half weeks away.

This is an apprenticeship style learning experience guided by Maestro Laurencio is rooted in lived practice. Participants will travel throughout Oaxaca, learning directly from an elder in this lineage. This is not a retreat and it is not facilitated by Sol Solace Studio.

Over the ten days, students will participate in ceremonies and temazcal, receive lectures and hands on teachings, learn within sacred landscapes, and apply the medicine in real time with direct mentorship.

This opportunity is open to aligned and sincerely interested students who feel called to step into this work. A basic understanding of curanderismo is recommended but not required.

Only one spot is available and departure is soon.
