The evening includes guided visualization, optional partner sharing, and creative expression, all held in a trauma-informed, supportive environment. No prior experience is needed. This event is a part of the Shade Tree Intertwined Healing Initiative- this event in collaboration with Ampersand Integrative Wellness!

This 90-minute, in-person workshop offers a guided space to learn different ways to care for a stressed body. From breath and grounding to food and supplements, we'll give you all the tools to take care of you!
2️⃣What We'll Cover
• Understanding the Stress Cycle - fight/flight/freeze + why stress can linger
• Tools to Support the Stress Cycle - breath, grounding, orienting, connection, touch, micro-practices
• Nourishment for a Stressed Body - food and supplement support, blood sugar, and hydration basics.

Anyone feeling called to de-stress their body and learn new methods to take care of themself through wellness and nutrition practices.
