Feelings aren’t problems to solve — they’re signals to get curious about. Most of this work is just learning how to notice them without immediately pushing them away or trying to make them make sense.

This audio was too perfect to not join in on the trend!😂

But here’s the real reason it hits: trauma is often stored in your body, and the hips are one of the places it often lingers.👤

It is a common place for it to linger because they hold both physical tension and emotional weight, a spot where the body often “stores” what it couldn’t process in the moment. Tightness, discomfort, or resistance in this area can reflect experiences your nervous system hasn’t fully processed.🧠🌱

💡Working with Trauma Touch Therapy or Reiki can help release that energy, allowing your nervous system to feel safer and your body to move with more ease and presence. What feels stuck can start to soften, and the body begins to remember what it’s like to feel whole again.
