Healing is meant to be part of your journey- not the whole map. šŸ—ŗļø
It's not meant to consume our every thought, moment, or become your identity. Yes, healing does take intention- but it should make time for joy, for rest, and stillness.

🌱You’re allowed to live while you heal.

Nature isn't rigid- it is rooted and it sways. Our bodies are the same. Just as nature bends and flows- we connect to the natural side-to-side movement (to us, more specifically known as bilateral movement). I am SO excited to be teaming up with to bring you this program that is rooted in family nervous system healing! Through this 12 week series, we will take a journey to understand the nervous system, factors that impact both adult and children’s nervous systems, and strategies to implement in your own home that promote healing and regulation for the whole family.

Sessions will all be completed virtually, with a combination of pre recorded, and live zoom calls. Additionally, participants will have access to a private community board to share their wins, and struggles, with both cohosts present on community boards to provide feedback or suggestions.

That’s why I created Roots & Repair — a support group for those exploring how early emotional wounds still show up in adult life. We’re beginning our journey with themes from the book Mother Hunger by Kelly McDaniel — not as a book club, but as a guide for deeper conversation and connection. There’s no pressure to read at a certain pace or even read the book at all. This is about shared experience, gentle reflection, and building safety together.
