Have to share and give props. Yay Divi! But seriously guys, this is who I’ve been working with over the last few months. Her classes, her workshops, retreats, this is the real stuff! She has helped me shift so much and continue to grow and work. And honestly I have to give credit to to because if it wasn’t for doing a couple meditation classes with her, I wouldn’t have been lead to Divi. Both of them have credit in making that path for me on my healing. I see the shift everyday. My friends see it, my family, clients etc. So if you’re feeling stuck, or just have a certain pull to know more you’ve got to connect with either or Teryl. You won’t regret it! But you have to want it and put in the work for it too! 😁

Hey there all, just a reminder I will be out of the office from June 7th thru June 17th. Just a reminder to all parents of athletes. Self care is beneficial for them. A simple adjustment at the chiropractor, or a massage to help reduce the risk of injury to the muscles. Point proven, up at 530am this morning to work on my daughters right hip/pelvis which was rotated. She noticed it yesterday during the game. And it was significantly noticeable when looking at her. Quick 30 minute session with me her pain reduced, muscles relaxed and hip rotated back to proper position. Just make sure they are getting the care they need during their sports. 😁
