Effective immediately:
All scheduling online will be prepaid only
****No call no show clients will not be allowed to reschedule online unless they reach out to me first or pay for missed appointments prior to their next scheduled service. You may do this in person during a time we can both meet. You may txt me at 319 855-8052.

*Any appointments canceled with less than a 24hr notice will need to be paid in full before rescheduling or before your next scheduled appointment. (To all who txt and leave a voice message letting me know they cant make with enough notice to allow me to fill those spots, thank you!) I may not be able to respong right away as I may be trying to fill in those spots and working the rest of my scheduled appointments for the day.

Many clients are waiting to get in and this steals time and income from Rosie's Paradise Massage Therapy.

*If clients are running late time will be deducted from service time and the client will still be responsible to pay for the full service amount they originally scheduled for.

Gift Certificates

*As a reminder if you are thinking of purchasing a gift certificate for a loved one make sure to let them know they need to schedule ahead of time. Many wait 3-6 months to a full year before reaching out.😬 If you book ahead you will always have an upcoming appointment 😊
**Keep in mind If you prefer late hours there might be a wait time for up to 3 months, because of this reason getting on the books a couple of days after receiving your gift certificate is very important.

***Clients can now book months in advance! Book your next appointment before you leave and avoid ending on the waitlist. Book one even if you dont have a reason (pain/stress) I promise you wont regret getting a reminder that you have one coming up!

As many of you know I appreciate each and everyone of you and I am truly blessed to be able to do what I love. I am 100% committed to upholding high standards for myself to better serve my clients. Thank you.

Dear clients I would like to clarify on how to correctly book a massage with me. when booking online or with me you will receive:

1. A confirmation email
2.A reminder txt a day prior to your appointment or
3. A message from me personally letting you know that you are scheduled for a specific day and time.

If you didn't receive either one of these 3 messages your appointment is not confirmed. Please do not send me a lead form as a confirmation to an appointment. Please book only through Rosie's Paradise website when booking online. When a spot becomes available and is posted on Facebook It is a first come first serve service and I will send you a personal message or reply to your comment. There are some loyal clients who are very very fast at this so please be aware 😂 Thank you all so much 🙏 ❤️ you are all appreciated!
