This is going to be amazing. Yes it’s on the superbowl, I didn’t even realize it I’m so excited for this. Mackenzie will be leading a real traditional Yin class while I play the singing bowls. You will have both of us at times helping you into the postures. And a nice temple massage from the both of us as well.
