Rose Linn Rose Linn proudly offers a continuum of care for seniors. As needs change, we support them. This part of our campus accepts private and medicaid payor sources.

Conveniently located in beautiful West Linn, our community is easy to access being just a 1/2 mile off I-205. Rose Linn offers a variety of care within our secured campus including: Extended/Skilled Nursing Care, Residential Care, and Memory Care. The campus of Rose Linn includes Rose Linn Care Center offering skilled nursing services along with extended care services. These services are also known as intermediate care facility (ICF) level of care services. This part of our campus accepts private medicaid, medicare, and hospice payor sources. Another part of our campus, Rose Linn Vintage Place, provides Residential Care and Memory Care services.
