🌸 Spring is in full force! 🌸
Most of us can tell—not just by the beautiful flowers, but by how often we’re sneezing these days.
Sneezing, itchy eyes, and irritated skin are actually the body’s natural way of clearing out what’s in the air. As we breathe in countless particles of pollen, our immune system ramps up its defenses. This can leave us feeling not only physically sensitive, but sometimes a bit more on edge emotionally as well.
Here are a few simple ways to support your body this season:
• Gently blow your nose and rinse your eyes with water several times a day to help wash away lingering pollen
• Try a sinus rinse or a soothing eucalyptus bath a few times a week to calm and cleanse your sinuses
• Incorporate meditation or calming practices to help settle an overactive immune response
