Today is World Cancer Day and residents and staff of Emerald Place Memory Care in Glenview, Illinois have worked together to prepare "hope bags" to help lift the spirits of cancer patients at Gilda's Club Chicago, a renowned cancer support organization. They will deliver the bags today.

Projects like this not only enable residents to give back to the local community, but also provide them with a deep sense of purpose, something that never stops being important to all of us!
