Do you put your legs up the wall as part of your self care routine?
Yes, I’m aware that not everyone will be able to do this - if your mobility prevents it then I recommend putting your feet up on a little footstool so they are not hanging down. Or if you have a recliner, even better. They don’t need to be above your heart as some people think, just elevated off the floor.
This is a fab, easy exercise to help reduce the symptoms of lymphoedema/lipoedema temporarily.
Use the time to do some belly breathing, mindfulness or meditation as well to make it even more powerful.
