A gentle New Year reminder: taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be a full “new me” plan. 💙

For mental health, consistency beats intensity. Start small:
• drink water + eat something real
• step outside for 5 minutes
• take your meds as prescribed
• text one person back
• go to bed 30 minutes earlier
• ask for help if things feel heavy

One small step is still progress.

The holiday season can be joyful, but for many children and teens, it can also intensify feelings of depression, anxiety, fear, loneliness, and emotional overwhelm. Some may struggle with suicidal thoughts, mood instability, or symptoms of conditions such as schizophrenia and severe anxiety disorders.

At Perimeter Behavioral Health – West Memphis, We want every family in our community to know:
