Our Retention Committee went above and beyond to show our amazing team how much we appreciate them! 👏🏼

They hosted a staff cookout to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our incredible employees. From a walking taco bar, elotes station to Mexican fruit cup, everyone enjoyed some well-deserved downtime with great food and even better company. 😋🔥

A big thank you to the Retention Committee for putting this together and to all of our amazing staff for the care and support they provide to our patients every single day. You all truly make a difference, and we are so grateful for each of you! 💙

✨ New Neurodivergent Care Unit Unveiled! ✨

Pictured is a few of our dedicated staff receiving training for our newly opened Neurodivergent Unit—a specially designed space focused on compassionate, individualized mental health care for neurodivergent individuals. The team received specialized training to better understand and respond to the unique sensory processing needs of our patients.

This innovative unit integrates Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) and sensory-based programming to create a safe, calming, and supportive environment.

🧩 Key Features Include:
🔹 Personalized behavior intervention plans
🔹 Comprehensive medication management
🔹 A state-of-the-art sensory room built to promote calm and reduce overstimulation
🔹 Mobile sensory carts for on-the-go support throughout the facility
