Ruby's Caring Home Health is a nursing specialty in which Personal Care Assistants, Certified Nurse Assistants and/or Nurses provide multidimensional home care to patients of all ages. Home health service is intended for clients that are well enough to be discharged home, but still require skilled nursing personnel to assess, initiate and oversee nursing interventions. These plans can include eating, toileting, grooming, mobility/transfer, small meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry and shopping. Home health nurses also supervise Personal Care & Certified Nurse Assistants. Ruby's Caring Home Health provide three different services: Personal Care, Attendant Care & Respite Care. Personal care services are hands-on services that assist a person with critical day-to-day activities that they are unable to perform on their own. Attendant Care is a specialized service that provides essential home care assistance to seniors and physically disabled individuals. Our professional caregivers assist with homemaking and activities of daily living to allow individuals to remain living in their personal homes. Respite Care provides temporary relief for a primary caregiver, enabling you to take a much-needed break from the demands of caregiving for an aging or disabled family member. Private pay & government funded "entitlement programs" that offer to pay for specific amounts or a percentage of home care services available for targeted groups.
