Life Strategies of Arkansas, LLC is proud to recognize the company's owner Mr. & Mrs. Coleman and The Help Committee Volunteers for their ongoing commitment to serving the community. Each month, on the second Friday, the Colemans lead a heart-centered initiative by hosting a monthly food bank that provides nourishment, hope, and support to families in need.

Their dedication to giving back is more than an act of service — it is a reflection of their character, compassion, and belief in strengthening the community one household at a time. Through their leadership, countless individuals have received the resources and encouragement they need during challenging times.

Millions of people around the world silently struggle with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions, often without the support they need. Raising awareness helps break down the barriers of stigma and encourages open conversations, understanding, and compassion. By educating ourselves and others, we can create a more supportive environment where seeking help is seen as a sign of strength, not weakness. Mental well-being matters—let’s talk about it, listen, and support one another.
