Sandra is the smiling face that greets you as you enter Baptist Hospital-Crittenden. She takes pride in her role as a Certified Admissions Representative, knowing that first impressions matter and that her position allows her to set the tone for each patient's experience from the time they enter our hospital.

If Sandra could offer advice to younger generations, it would be to read, watch and stay informed about current events. Learn Black history beyond the month of February. Support Black owned businesses within your community, engage in positive and meaningful conversations, and focus on your strengths and how you can make a difference in your own life or in the lives of others. Most importantly, do not judge by outward appearances and remember that words are powerful.

Today, we are celebrating Katrina and the impact she makes as our Certified Lead Admission Representative. She's proud of her role because it allows her to support patients and our team while ensuring that the admission process runs smoothly and accurately. She takes pride in being a resource for her team and helping to create a positive first impression for patients.

Katrina's advice for our younger generations is to believe in yourself, stay consistent, and never be afraid to ask questions or seek growth. "Success doesn't always come overnight but showing up, staying committed and learning from every experience will take you far. Don't let fear or doubt stop you from pursuing your goals! Your voice, work, and presence matter!"
