So on Tuesday May 23, we were packing up again but Anne and I managed to take a walk through some of the side roads to the town center before packing up the ole Quasquoi. Beaune is a beautiful spot. The next stop is Veuves, in the Loire Valley between Blois and Ambois, around 250 kilometers Northwest. As we did not have time while in Paris to see Versailles, we bought tickets for the next week and drove from our next home. We had planned to visit Chartres Cathedral anyway, so this added alittle more driving
We had great plans to visit castles and gardens while in the Valley, well, at least 2, Chamboud and Chenencois, but we found ourselves living right across the river from Chateau Chaumont. And besides, the most fun part of the trip was unplanned and about to happen

Good morning fellow FB friends! I am writing to you all from (slightly behind) the front lines during this crisis. Our facility, JAGONETPT - West Milford, remains open during the COVID-19 outbreak as mandated by the Governor. Physical Therapy provides essential rehabilitative services to the community and hopefully decreases the load placed on the physicians and emergency rooms in the area.
As you all know, Anne and I have served the West Milford and surrounding community for over 3 decades and we have shown many ( most?) of you programs of home stretching and strengthening exercises to help you through orthopedic and neurological traumas throughout our career..
So, the $64.00 question is...... are you doing your home exercises?

Like you, we are trying to incorporate daily exercises into our routine but "our routine" has changed so dramatically that it seems even MORE difficult to bring a simple exercise program into our new life. Are you trying to self manage an orthopedic injury or general pain symptoms currently? Are you having difficulty getting answers to your questions about how to self manage your symptoms?
Please do not hesitate to call me if you answered yes to any of the above questions ( and NO to the big money question). We can help.

Hello to all of our Facebook friends and patients! If you did not see the below ad in the West Milford Messenger this weekend regarding our new telehealth program ( and even if your did), I want to invite you to contact our office and talk to Anne or I regarding any difficulties you may be having with pain, mobility, strength or general function. This new program may provide an answer in these trying times.
The insurance industry is now allowing full coverage for this service during the COVID-19 crisis. If you are trying to get to see your doctor and can’t get there, perhaps Anne and I can help answer your questions and concerns. And, as always, if you have been referred to PT by your doctor, we are still open for business. We are maintaining strict social distance protocols in the office and using personal protective equipment.
