Today, the Complete Care at Milford Manor and Complete Care at Wayne Hills teams had the pleasure of teaming up to host a lunch and learn for the social workers and case managers at Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center . It was a wonderful time of connection and conversation that reminded us that we are all working toward the same goal: to support patients and their families through every step of their journey as we .
