There was quite a bit of horsin' around at Milford Manor this weekend! On Saturday, the residents had a visit from Equestrian Tawny Taylor. Tawny, a friend of our social worker Kate Uhr, was thrilled to bring her animal friends JoeJoe and Ringo Starr for a visit. Residents had the chance to hand feed the horses some of their favorite treats while learning about the work and dedication it takes to care for them. Ringo Starr even got a tour of our building while making rounds to pay surprise room visits to our residents. Thank you to Tawny and her four-legged friends for providing our community with such a unique experience.

It was an afternoon of friendly competition during our co****le tournament at Milford Manor today. You better believe these folks brought their A-game and were there to win, while having some laughs along the way! It is always wonderful to see our residents engaged and enjoying each others company. Active games like this not only promote physical wellness, but also social interaction which keeps our vibrant community healthy and happy.
