As a fellow trauma survivor, I’ve received countless questions about managing triggers in the workplace. It’s a challenge many of us face daily, often in silence. Great News: Blue Cross/Blue Shield Accepted!

I'm thrilled to announce that starting next week, I will be able to bill for Blue Cross/Blue Shield! This is a big step, and I'm excited to offer this option to more of you.

Here are a few important changes to be aware of:
New self-pay clients: The rate will be $110 per session. At this time, I'm not offering a sliding scale, but I plan to offer one in the future for clients in need.

No-show fee: To reflect these rate changes, the no-show fee will now be $100.
If you have Blue Cross/Blue Shield: Please contact The Woman's Clinic directly at 318-388-4030 or bring your insurance card with you to your next in-office appointment.

For my telehealth clients using BCBS: You MUST fill out the check-in link that TWC sends you and add your insurance card every time you check in. I know this can be a hassle, but it's essential for proper billing.

New paperwork: Everyone will need to re-sign some paperwork to reflect these updated policies.

Please remember that billing will not begin until next week. There will likely be a learning curve as we get everything sorted out, so I truly appreciate your patience as we transition to this new system.
