If you are a member at The Wellness Center, you have access to the child care, which is during the hours I am working! They close 130-330pm during the week

All my open availability is online to book. If you are looking at same day appointments, checking online will give you the most updated times. Since I’m in sessions all day, that will get you the fastest way to book same day appointments 😍

School year is almost here! 📚🎓✏️

I want to keep you all in the loop as much as possible, so here’s my updated schedule:

Summer Hours:
• Monday: 10 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 10 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 10 AM – 2 PM
• Thursday: 10 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 1 PM
• Saturday: once a month 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Important notes:
• Saturday appointments are very limited year-round and also must be booked through me.

Appointment Reminders:
• Feeling sick? Please reschedule if you have a fever, stomach bug, or anything contagious — I’ve got a little one still building his immune system!
• Planning to work out, hit the sauna, hot tub, or cold plunge before your massage? Please shower afterward so you arrive clean. If not, I will ask you to reschedule and a late cancel fee will apply.
• All my available appointment times line up with childcare hours (if you're a member). Feel free to message me with any questions about that!
