“It went really well. I was very impressed with the way she listened to me and able to get me what I needed. I am thinking about making Fast Pace as my primary care provider.”
“I’m new to this type of thing, but got everything set up with no problem.”
“I’m a first-time user with ZOOM, and had a bit of trouble getting to this but the girls in the office helped to navigate me, and it worked. I’m willing to learn, and Fast Pace had great teachers. I felt as simple as this was for me, they met my needs.”
Telehealth services are similar to the services patients receive when visiting our clinic provider in person, except services are provided without the patient having to leave his or her home. This is done through an application downloaded to the patient’s smartphone or tablet. Through this app, patients and Telehealth providers are able to see and speak with one another, all from the safety, comfort, and convenience of the patient’s home.
We want to make the process as easy as possible for everyone – people who have visited one of our clinics in the past and people who are new to Fast Pace Health. New services like telehealth can mean new technology and different ways of doing things, but we have tried to make the service look as much like a typical in-person visit as possible. As always with Fast Pace Health, our patients remain at the center of all we do.
The benefits of being able to access virtual care through telehealth services are obvious, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for social distancing. But after your first telehealth visit, you have the additional benefit of being able to continue your care seamlessly as an established patient at any of our clinics. We offer an array of services, including urgent care, primary care, wellness visits, behavioral health, orthopedic services, occupational health, onsite x-ray, and more.
Should it be decided during your telehealth visit that you need a referral beyond our level of care, we can provide that service for you as well.
Putting the patient experience first by providing access to telehealth visits in the comfort and safety of your own home is the goal today. But with Fast Pace Health, we want to continue your care within the four walls of our clinic tomorrow and into the future.
