Haik Humble Eye Center is proud to be one of the only practices in Northeast Louisiana that offers every aspect of eye care to our wonderful community. Our group of board certified ophthalmologists, optometrists, and physician assistants provides comprehensive eye care services, including medical and surgical treatment for cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, corneal diseases, and diabetic eye disease. Additionally, we specialize in diseases of the eyelids and orbit as well as vitreo-retinal diseases. Haik Humble Eye Center also offers refractions and prescriptions for corrective lenses. For patients that are interested in life without corrective lenses, we offer complimentary refractive surgery evaluations and a personalized experience through their refractive surgery journey. Our optical boutiques located in West Monroe, Monroe, and Rayville provide professional opticianry services for your convenience and peace of mind. While assisting you in the selection of frames and lenses, our opticians focus on quality of products, exceptional service, and real value. Mrs. Duchesne is the very definition of kindness and the kind of provider that every patient hopes for—understanding, compassionate, and always going above and beyond to take care of her patients. We are so grateful for the care and comfort she brings to our patients and the bright light she is to the Haik Humble team.

When asked about her time at Haik Humble Eye Center, this is what Mrs. Duchesne had to say: “I am truly grateful to be celebrating 10 years with Haik Humble Eye Center! 🎉 Congratulations to Sam Hendricks on five years with Haik Humble Eye Center!

Sam is known for his friendly nature—always the first to introduce himself to someone new and quick to lend a helping hand. As a technician in our main clinic, he has impacted countless patients with his kindness and dedication.

Here’s what Sam had to say about his journey:
“It is crazy how time has flown by! I moved to West Monroe to be closer to my now wife and just took a job here in the midst of COVID. 5 years have passed, and I have now made friends for life at Haik Humble, learned so much about ophthalmology, and had so many life changes that it has felt like I am a completely different person! I am beyond honored to have met and gotten to know everyone here!”
