OUR MISSION:

GCCHC provides accessible, comprehensive, and high-quality healthcare, behavioral health, and support services for people in an affirming and inclusive setting, with an emphasis on people who are low-income and medically underserved, people who are LGBTQ+, and people who are living with HIV. OUR VISION:

To become the provider of choice for healthcare, behavioral health, and support services in the region for LGBTQ+ people, for people living with HIV, and for people who wish to receive their healthcare in an affirming and inclusive setting. OUR VALUES:
