We’re rallying behind the NICU Baby’s Bill of Rights (H.Res.236)—a critical House Resolution that establishes the fundamental rights of NICU babies and their families, from admission to discharge and beyond.

These rights include informed consent, access to comprehensive, family-centered care, peer and mental health support, and skilled, coordinated discharge planning.
