In 1987, Dr. Carmen Rosa Uceta graduated from a prestigious dental school, P.U.C.M.M., in the Dominican Republic. In 1994, she received another doctoral degree from New York University Dental School. Upon the completion of her studies, Dr. Uceta began practicing in the tri-state area. She has established her dental practice in West New York, NJ for the last thirteen years.
