My year đ
2020 has been a funny year for my yoga practice. It started off strong in March, the first few days of quarantine I was committed to working on my inversions. For about 10 days, I did a headstand and handstand everyday and documented it on my stories. đ¤¸đťââď¸
Then lockdown didnât end when it was supposed to, and I avoided practicing for a while. Being isolated was hard and the last thing I wanted to do was step onto my mat and actually let myself feel my feelings.đ
I started teaching virtual classes on zoom, then stopped, then started again. And for about a month this summer I taught a poorly attended class in the studio đ
Hopefully 2021 will look a little different. I miss the energy of being in person with my students and chatting them up after class. I canât wait to be back leading meditations that put people to sleep and I am dying to hear the sound of someone snoring in savasana or kicking their water bottle over while weâre tying to meditate đ
With the extra time I did get this year I was able to work on my ! I got a new logo made by , some gorgeous new pictures taken by , and Iâll be launching my new website soon with options for virtual and in person private lessons! Stay tuned đđťđ§đťââď¸
