Howling Wolf and Movement Therapy is a modality of therapy I created by blending the somatic work of John Pierokos called Core Energetics, Strategic Intervention Coaching and the principals of Buddhist Psychology. It is a body centered modality that incorporates mind, body and spirit.

It's quite astonishing to consider that just 12% of the population is deemed metabolically healthy. If we were to gather 10 individuals in a room, statistically speaking, only one of them would likely be classified as metabolically healthy. That's a striking ratio of 1 out of 10!
