How healthy is your gut?

If you're not taking care of your gut, this could lead to many other health issues such as food allergies, autoimmune diseases, decrease in immunity, cancer, and more.

I've been taking Nutrilite Fiber Powder and Probiotics for many years now, but I recommended these to my dad a little over a year ago since he was diagnosed as "pre-diabetic". He's been able to control his blood sugar levels quite well since using these.
