I am an empathetic, understanding therapist who provides supportive cognitive behavioral psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults in diverse settings. I specialize in addressing the needs of those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, behavioral and social skills disorders. My expertise in diagnosing qualifies me to treat individuals who have difficulty coping with life due to cognitive and/or emotional challenges that can become overwhelming. My experience stems working in an outpatient Mental Health Clinic and Intensive In-home therapy. I have worked with the chronically mentally ill that require medication management, therefore I am very knowledgeable on medications for varying disorders. In-home, I have worked with children (8+) and adolescents (13+) with behavioral, social and mental health issues.
