Last week, Mark E. Manigan, President and Chief Executive Officer, RWJBarnabas Health and Celeste Warren, Member, RWJBarnabas Health Board of Trustees, and Founder, Celeste Warren Consulting, LLC, led an enlightening fireside chat titled, “Belonging & Black History Month: Leadership, Legacy and the Power of Being Seen.” Together, they explored how leadership and lived experience shape workplaces where every individual feels seen, valued and empowered to contribute. The event began with a warm welcome from Lynda Markoe, Chief People Officer, and concluded with inspiring closing remarks from Dwight McBee, SVP and Chief Experience Officer.
