Rebuilding a breast in one stage ⭐️

Dr. Spiro explains his approach to immediate breast reconstruction following mastectomy. His method focuses on restoring the breast using a pre-pectoral (above the muscle) reconstruction, where the implant is fully enveloped in a 360° human tissue graft construct. This creates a biologic layer around the implant, allowing it to sit entirely within native tissue coverage.

By reconstructing the breast in this way, the goal is to restore natural form while preserving function and allowing patients to return to normal activity without long-term muscular restrictions.
