It can be incredibly distressing to undergo multiple breast surgeries and still feel disfigured.

This patient came to Dr. Spiro after three previous unsuccessful attempts elsewhere. Her anatomy was complex, including significant chest wall irregularity and implant malposition that created visible asymmetry and distortion.

In one operation, Dr. Spiro removed the scar tissue capsules around both implants (total capsulectomy), replaced her silicone implants, and rebuilt the internal support of the breasts. He used advanced surgical mesh materials to create a strong internal framework, recreated the natural breast folds, reinforced the repair for added stability, and performed a lift to restore proper shape and position. These techniques allow him to correct implant malposition, asymmetry, and structural weakness in a single comprehensive revision procedure.
