We were honored to partner with Susan G. Komen this past Saturday for the More Than Pink Walk. 💕

Thank you to everyone who walked, volunteered, and showed their support in the fight against breast cancer. We were especially moved by the powerful stories participants shared on our “I walk because…” banner, each one a reminder of why this work matters. Events like this show how strong our community is when we come together, and we’re proud to stand with you every step of the way.

From The Palm Beach Post: Flu, asthma diagnoses surge in Palm Beach County's cold weather

More people are getting diagnosed with the flu and asthma-like illnesses at Palm Beach County’s largest health care network during this cold spell.

The — which includes six hospitals and three freestanding emergency rooms — had 178 flu, 61 pneumonia and 57 severe asthma patients from Jan. 25 through noon on Jan. 29. These ailments usually get worse in cold weather, but for different reasons.

“The theory goes that cold weather makes people congregate more, makes people be in enclosed spaces, and that facilitates transmission of viruses from one person to the next,” said Dr. Kleper De Almeida, an infectious disease specialist at in West Palm Beach.

It’s !

Lynda chose from hearing great things about our program. From day one, she felt supported by a doctor and care team who were truly invested in her success and well-being.

She was grateful for the compassionate care she received and how genuinely invested the doctor and care team were in her success. Having a team that truly listened and supported her made a meaningful difference throughout her journey.

Today, Lynda is moving more, walking more, and best of all: she’s able to play with her granddaughter and truly enjoy those special moments again. We’re so proud of you, Lynda, and honored to be part of your journey!
