Ever heard of a cordon blue potato lasagna? Well, now you have! 😜 I used my mandolin to make potato sheets, layered them into a baking tray. Stuffed it with layers of black forest ham and bacon and basted the whole thing with a scratch Boursin cheese sauce. Topped with a five cheese blend and extra mozzarella. Soooo delicious and not heavy at all! Try it!
