What up gangstas! Today’s aromatherapy blend in the studio: rosemary, cinnamon, and frankincense. 🍃✨

These oils are my go-to for spiritual and emotional support—picked with love from years of herbal healing, reiki, and intuition. Here’s what’s in the air:

Rosemary aids in times of transition and change. It invites individuals to trust in a higher, more intelligent power than themselves. It’s cleansing and protecting properties encourage growth.

Cinnamon assists individuals in accepting their body and embracing their physical attractiveness. Cinnamon dispels fear of rejection. It offers protection and increases passionate personal power.

I started my path in 2007 as a Licensed Massage Therapist 💆‍♀️ and over the years expanded into aromatherapy 🌸 oncology and lymphatic work 💧 medical massage, Chinese medicine 🌙 Reiki 🙌 cupping 🔥 sound healing 🎶 and vibration therapy. In 2019 I became a Reiki Master and by 2024 I had grown into a Reiki Teacher 🌟

Writing and creating are part of my healing too 📖 I’ve published two 369 manifestation journals and my book Awakening to the Spiritual Gangsta Within which shares my story of overcoming childhood trauma along with a 90-day workbook to help others navigate their own healing ✍️

Today, I continue to expand as a psychic medium 🔮 and spiritual mentor. My work blends nearly two decades of training with lived experience.
