I wanted to lose weight after my last baby
But what I really wanted was to not wake up exhausted
To not have to go on another diet leaving me irritated and annoying to be around

So I learned a new way
A way that is actually sustainable and doesn’t give you weight loss at the expense of your hormones

PMS, cravings, mood swings, and low energy before your period might feel normal—but they don’t have to be!

Your luteal phase (the 10-14 days before your period) is when your body needs extra support. By focusing on the right habits, you can reduce PMS, balance your mood, and feel calm and energized instead of burnt out.

Here’s what I focus on during my luteal phase:

1️⃣ Morning sunlight to regulate cortisol and energy.
2️⃣ Grounding to reduce stress and inflammation.

I’m a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and former registered nurse with 8 years in bedside nursing specializing in women and pediatric health. The internet is full of information to help you with these chronic symptoms that have only gotten worse thanks to no help from your physician.....
