With love, the things you did in your 20s to lose weight doesn’t work after 30 and multiple kids

Even if you used to have to cut calories super low to see any weight come off at all

You actually don’t need less calories and more movement, and relying on willpower to do this will have you losing your s**t on everyone in the house by dinner time.

Here’s the thing…. There is no supplement on the market that is going to fix this. No magnesium, cortisol drink, or anti bloat tea will work if you don’t get this one very important thing.

And with love, cutting calories even lower is not the move you think it is since it will eventually make the issue worse.

The missing piece is actually addressing cortisol and insulin! These are the master hormones that are controlling estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

So yes your weight gain might be because of hormone imbalance, but that’s not where the problem starts.

And when you cut more food out to lose weight you create more mineral imbalances which drives cortisol and insulin even higher.

Going low carb especially postpartum almost made me bald. That’s a little dramatic but it’s how I have felt the last year and a half just waiting on the regrowth. It’s painful.

I always wanted the most extreme answer so I could tell myself I was pushing hard but really I was destroying my metabolism and blood sugar.

Now I eat about 120-150g of carbs per day, cycle through the seasons, and am a size 4 after four kids

The most intense way is never the best way when it comes to losing weight over 30

Fasting for breakfast
Light lunch
Lacking fiber and protein
