Grateful for another day of transformation and breakthrough!

Today an amazing group of brilliant minds will gather to learn more about becoming masters of influence or better said… the art of leadership!

We so love this weekend so much. Though we only teach this a few times per year, it’s one of our most sought after programs for those who are ready to embrace life at a whole new level.

It’s been an AMAZING week inside the TranceForm Institute trainings helping realtor students sharpen their mindset, language, and confidence 🔥

• One student signed 9 buyer agreements after applying one NLP framework from class
• Two realtor students booked 4 solid appointments each from ONE post
• Multiple students reported calmer conversations and faster decisions on real calls

𝗜𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁.

This past year didn’t move in a straight line.
It felt like the rules were changing every single week for most of the year.

Uncertainty. Pressure. Pivot after pivot.

And yet… here we are.

𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆:

• Flexibility beats force
• Creativity beats panic
• Anxiety doesn’t disappear, it gets managed

Sometimes you just buckle up and move

There were moments where I genuinely thought, what the hell is going on?
So I stopped overthinking, got focused, and hit the gas.

𝗠𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿:

• Create more
• Teach more
• Help more people reconnect to who they really are

𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

I’m trusting that what’s unfolding next is bigger than what just ended.

And if you’re reading this and still trying to figure things out, here’s my blunt advice:
Stop trying to do it alone.

We’re in an era of loud promises and very little accountability.
Social media is full of people selling certainty they haven’t earned.

𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀.
Call someone you actually know.
Someone whose life reflects what you want to build.
Ask if they’re open to a real conversation.

𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼’𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴:

Merry Christmas from me and everyone at The TranceForm Institute.

As this year comes to a close, I want to pause and acknowledge something that matters.

This year was filled with real wins.

The TranceForm Institute continued to grow as a space for deep transformation, powerful conversations, and practical application of NLP, hypnosis, and mindset work. We trained, coached, certified, and supported people who were serious about changing how they think, lead, sell, and live.

What still amazes me is how few people openly give credit to those who helped them get to where they are.

I am not one of those people. And I’m proud of that.

Progress rarely happens in isolation. Behind every breakthrough are mentors, collaborators, students, clients, and quiet supporters who contributed in ways both visible and unseen.

Houda Aballa, Amy Curran, Jimmy Gilland, Lee Rosa Real Estate Trainer and Coach, Simon Gledhill, Dr. Zabora, and so many more people!

To everyone who trusted the work, showed up for themselves, and committed to growth even when it was uncomfortable, thank you.

Because of you, we move into the next year with more clarity, deeper conviction, and a stronger foundation than ever.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟬 “𝗨𝗻-” 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲

Coaches—quick diagnostic frame for your sessions this week.
When clients get stuck, they usually present surface problems: procrastination, inconsistency, overwhelm, lack of clarity.
But underneath the behaviors, one or more of these 𝟭𝟬 “𝗨𝗻-” 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀 is almost always driving the pattern:

1. Unworthy
2. Unlovable
3. Unwanted
4. Unsafe (to be seen, succeed, speak, try, or fail)
5. Unacceptable
6. Undeserving
7. Unimportant
8. Unable
9. Unprepared
10. Unsupported

These show up across nearly every domain—business, relationships, performance, identity—and they tend to cluster. If you identify the primary one, the rest often collapse with it.

𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Which “Un” is actually underneath the behavior?
• What evidence does the client rely on to keep it in place?
• What’s the payoff for staying loyal to it?
• What would change if its opposite became their default identity?

Use the list as a fast way to cut through story, find the core pattern, and direct the intervention with precision.
