I didn’t realize how much I had been putting myself off… until I started decluttering.

Just little things.

Putting off decisions.
Keeping things I didn’t even like anymore.
Walking past stuff thinking “I’ll deal with that later.”

And then later just… never came.

And it started to feel heavy in a way I couldn’t really explain.

I saw a post today that said when you start healing, people disappear because your vibration is rising.

And honestly… it didn’t resonate with me.

What’s interesting is even a year ago it probably would have.

But over time I’ve realized something.

Sometimes ideas like this can actually give the ego something to attach to.

It can become a way to say
“they’re lower vibration”
instead of asking ourselves harder questions.

Like…

Did we communicate clearly?
Did we take accountability?
Did the relationship just change or run its course?

Not everything in life is about higher frequency vs lower frequency.

Sometimes people simply grow in different directions.

And that’s not rejection.
It’s not hierarchy.

It’s just life moving.

It actually reminds me a lot of decluttering.

When we declutter our homes, we’re not throwing things away because they’re bad.

We’re simply acknowledging:

this version of me doesn’t need this anymore.

The old sweater wasn’t wrong.
The season just changed.

Sometimes we need to declutter old ways of thinking too.

Even spiritual ones.

Because real growth isn’t always about ascending.

Sometimes it’s about becoming more grounded, more honest, and more accountable.

Got my first troll comment on my declutter ad a few days ago.

For a few years I was deep in the healing world.
