Ozark Independent Living Ozark Independent Living (O.I.L.) is a non-profit, non-residential facility, which serves people with disabilities.

We offer Independent Living Services, Consumer Directed Services and In-Home Personal Attendants. Our five core service areas are:
- Information and referral
- Advocacy
- Peer Support
- Independent Living Skills Training
- Transitioning (from nursing facilities back to home and from high school to community and workforce for students with disabilities)
