Ask and you shall receive!! After some requests (and the need) followed up by an in depth multi-year search that involved calculated research into the park grade and commercial grade outdoor furniture universe and its deepest realms, along with some Jack Handy level deep thoughts and internal and external deliberation to find the right/perfect tables, we were finally able to narrow down our tireless search recently to “Premier Polysteel” out of Northwood, Iowa!
Some very well constructed and heavy duty commercial grade picnic tables coming soon to Let’s Go 1 &2 Let’s Go 3 and Lamplight Village! Wheelchair accessible on 3 of the 4 tables!!
Stay tuned for more tables at other sites in the near future….

We would like to show our appreciation and gratitude to our HR assistant and benefits coordinator, and friend, Adrienne Allen (middle). Adrienne has been a wonderful addition to our agency for the past 2 years. She is ALWAYS kind, happy, thoughtful, helpful, positive and respectful to all individuals she interacts with! Our staff and consumers have all enjoyed working with her and getting to know her!
We wish her the best of luck as she embarks on a new & exciting opportunity! We know she’ll do great!

These are the faces of our maintenance crew. They put in a lot of work behind the scenes to help our agency!

Heston (pictured right) helped out tremendously recently with getting a few of our consumers moved to new homes in December and January and it has been reported by staff and managers that he has a great rapport with our consumers when responding to various maintenance needs in the consumers homes.

Wes (pictued left) is dependable, loyal & reliable and was a tremendous help to our agency during some recent consumer moves & during the recent snowstorm as well with getting sidewalks, ramps, and stairs cleared off for our staffs safety.

Both were nominated for employee of the month by some of our house managers for their recent efforts. Thank you guys for all you do!

It is time to shine the spotlight on another valuable team member! Todd joined our team in Sept of last year and has made a big impact! He is always going above & beyond for the individuals we support. Helping in every way possible and always being positive as well as proactive. We appreciate all he has done and will continue to do!

Skyler came in with a positive attitude and always being kind to the consumers and the team he works with. Skyler is dedicated to the individuals we support and always willing to cover shifts when needed. We appreciate having Skyler as part of our team!

We would like to say thank you to all of our wonderful, dedicated and loyal staff who have sacrificed to find ways to get to and from work during this winter storm. Many employers can close and have closed, but as an essential employer who provides supports around the clock, we don’t have that option.
Many have drove themselves to and from work, found rides to work & one that I know of even walked to work this morning because he couldn’t get out of his driveway & instead of just calling in, he found a way…and many others have stayed at work longer than expected, 2-3 days even, to make sure the individuals we serve and support are safe & well cared for.

When driving through town today, and seeing almost every single business closed, it’s a blessing to know the consumers we serve are warm and safe & fully staffed and that our staff truly care.
Again, thank you for your sacrifices and teamwork in getting schedules covered and homes staffed. We know it has been challenging, but so many have stepped up and stepped in during this adverse situation! You are all very much appreciated!!
