Amazing Grace Adult Day Care/ Health Center and In-Home Services

Amazing Grace Adult Day Care and Health Center is dedicated to the well-being of our elderly and disabled in a safe, quality day care environment. Our goal is to improve their quality of life while maintaining their independence and dignity. We focus on health maintenance/intervention and rehabilitation needs of older adults and disabled capable of only limited self-care. We want to make a difference in the lives of our elderly in our community. We offer and assist with activities, fun and games that is centered on each individual and their evaluated needs and strengths.

Our services is a great option for the seniors/disabled that live alone at home and do not have the opportunity to socialize with others or leave the house often. This give them a chance to be with others like themselves. Our center allow each individual a sense of well-being by having control of the activities that they choose to do or participate in, which is an important factor in rehabilitation, also. We assist your love one to remain as independent as possible.

Each client will receive the best of care from trained staff in a safe and secure environment. According to the National Center On Aging, over 133 million Americans have a chronic condition such as cancer, heart disease, arthritis or diabetes; Every 35 minutes an order person dies from results of a fall;and last but not least 1:5 older adults suffer from anxiety, depression,substance abuse or other mental illness. By attending our facility this could help with such issues because we offer a place for them to attend every day and receive quality care, companionship, nutritious meals, health education, mental and physical stimulation.

Amazing Grace Adult Day Care are also here to assist the caretakers. Caretakers take on a tremendous responsibility as being a primary provider of an elderly or disabled family member and can easily become “burnout” and need time to recuperate themselves. Our center offers respite care to give caretakers a chance to take time for themselves whether its for a few hours or that needed vacation. We also offer In-home services such respite care or personal in-home care.
