We celebrated Memorial Day weekend by enjoying the beautiful weather and spending time outdoors together. ☀️🌿

Residents also got their hands dirty planting vegetables in our planter boxes, making the most of the gorgeous day and adding a little more green to our space. 🪴🥕

Sometimes the simple moments—sunshine, fresh air, and time together—are the very best ones. 💛

⚠️🐶 WARNING: CUTENESS OVERLOAD AHEAD! 🐶⚠️

Yesterday our residents got to enjoy the sweetest puppy snuggles with 7-week-old Mini and Toy Australian Shepherd puppies… and let’s just say, there were smiles everywhere! 💛🐾

These adorable little fluff balls brought so much joy, laughter, and cuddles to everyone’s day. Just look at these faces! 😍

A huge thank-you to Plum Creek Aussies for sharing their precious puppies with us and making our day extra special! 🐶✨

For the final day of Nursing Home Week, we were excited to welcome Lori Franchini to showcase her AMAZING quilts! 🧵💛

Each quilt was truly a work of art, and our residents loved getting to admire all of the beautiful colors, patterns, and details. Just look at how incredible these are! 😍

Thank you, Lori, for sharing your talent and helping us wrap up Nursing Home Week in such a special way!

Last Friday, for Nursing Home Week, we brought the island vibes to St. Joseph’s Elder Services with a fun Hawaiian Dress-Up Day! 🌺🌴😎

Residents were treated to relaxing manicures and pedicures, making everyone feel a little extra pampered. 💅✨

We finished off the day with wonderful music from Mike, which had everyone smiling, singing along, and enjoying the fun atmosphere. 🎶💛

It was the perfect way to celebrate our amazing residents!
