Executive Director, Allison is teaming up with Santa this season with this goal in mind and that is adding some amazing new team members to the Dugan family!

And now she’s ready to start 2026 off in the right direction.

Dugan is currently accepting applications for:
• Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

We’re looking for individuals who have the heart and spirit to serve older adults in the Spirit of Christian Love, value teamwork, and want more than just a job but a career filled with purpose and fulfillment.
