Momentum is not the norm in what I do. It comes in waves every few years at best. When I joined Plexus in 2012, by 2013, we went into full blown momentum🤯and remained there for probably 3 years. I recall my team alone adding over 100 Jewels(Top Earners)in those first 3 years representing thousands on our team.

Then…. The normal happens.

Figuring it out, improving, making mistakes, hiring the right people, learning and growing and so on…

In 2020, we had a short period of Major Momentum but NOW, present time, March 2026, we are having another wave 🌊unlike any I have seen since my beginning. 🤯
When something is working for the MASSES, people just tell everyone and THAT is what is happening. The GLP1 talk is all the rage. I did not realize that our body produces that until learning about it recently. 😳

For all my friends who have been sick recently, been on an antibiotic, or are headed to the doctor today or tomorrow even....

"Skeptical? That's me. By profession, I am a dietitian and have a Master's degree in Human Nutrition. Skeptical doesn't even begin to describe how I first felt towards Plexus. I was trained to be a skeptical! But, I was also desperate to feel better and was frustrated that even with good nutrition and exercise I felt like crashing in the afternoon, had frequent headaches and sleep issues at night. Plexus made a HUGE difference in me! I am a HUGE believer in eating healthy food (hello.....Nutritionist here!) However, after 16 years of health care experience and having a good understanding of disease states, I am completely and totally convinced that for disease state management AND wellness it takes a comprehensive approach. This approach certainly includes eating healthy (real) foods and exercising. It also includes sleeping, hydration, and natural supplements. The food we eat and the environment we live in is full of toxins. Things have changed. So I often go back to what my nutrition professors said, unless you have a perfect diet, you need some help!"

Shingles....
The husband of one of my Plexus ambassador friends posted this about Shingles... The reason I have told y’all about these awesome products for over 9 years.

“About a week ago I started experiencing a strange pain on the right side of my upper back. It was a sensation like my skin was burning. I asked Melissa to take a closer look and she didn’t see anything of visible concern, so I figured it was nothing serious. Well, fast forward to the weekend, and I woke up Sunday morning with the burning feeling much worse. Sure enough, I lifted my shirt to look in the mirror and found a nasty rash had formed on my back. The burning was intense and I felt very tired and worn down. I knew something was wrong.

First thing Monday morning, after I dropped Anna off at school, I bee lined it to the doctor to get it checked out. Turns out I had shingles. For those unfamiliar with this virus, it originates from chicken pox. I had chicken pox as a child, and after recovering, the virus apparently “hid away” in my nervous system until now when it popped back up in the form of shingles. I can tell you it has been very painful and uncomfortable, but immediately after suspecting it was shingles, I started taking Plexus Nerve to help relieve the symptoms. The pills worked almost immediately.

The doctor prescribed me an antiviral medication and two different types of pain relief medication. I started taking the antiviral stuff immediately and the side effects have been difficult to deal with. I haven’t taken any of the pain meds and refuse to. That stuff is just bad news. However, once getting the antiviral meds, I stopped taking nerve and very quickly began feeling sick again. When you hear the word , most of us immediately think...🤔 "I don’t have that."

Well, you do if you suffer from any of these 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽. Modern medicine 🏥 focuses on treating symptoms, not 🚫 addressing the root cause of the issue. I was literally talking about this very topic last night with someone after a meeting at church. So often people just want to go to the doctor and got some medication to feel better and that sometimes takes care of the symptoms, but often just briefly. What we really want to do is address gut health which is often likely the root of the issue. I wise that medication may be needed/requested time and time and time again.

Arthritis is inflammation of the joints.
Heart disease is inflammation of the arteries. Asthma is inflammation of bronchial tubes. Allergies are inflammation of sinuses.
Tendonitus is inflammation of the tendons.
Sinusitis is inflammation of the sinuses....we could go on ....
Instead of taking medication to reduce joint pain, lower cholesterol, or clear sinuses, we would be better served by reducing inflammation in the body. So if inflammation is the root of just about every disease, why would you not try something to reduce inflammation instead of continuing to ignore or mask the symptoms?... My Family and I use products that work at reducing inflammation on a daily basis.
