With deep joy and gratitude, we are thrilled to welcome Michele Nierle (she/her) as a full collaborator at The Nest Collaborative. 🌿
Michele arrives with a presence that is both grounded and spacious—rooted in a profound wonder of the body and its intimate relationship with life, community, and the world we share. Her teaching is guided by a deep desire to help herself and others (re)connect with the body as a radical act of personal, societal, and environmental healing. This is not yoga as performance or productivity, but yoga as remembering—of wholeness, belonging, and inner truth.
Michele is the Lead Health Coach at Berks Counseling Center, where she skillfully integrates trauma-informed yoga, mindful movement, stillness, and nervous system regulation strategies. Her background includes a 200-hour certification from Shri Yoga and Wellness, over 230 hours with Karuna Yoga as a teacher trainer, and certification in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies. While living in Virginia, Michele taught yoga as an adjunct professor at colleges and universities and earned a Master of Divinity—an education that deeply informs her contemplative, ethical, and heart-centered approach to teaching.
Inspired by the work of yoga masters Tias Little and Pam Guido, Michele continues to expand her understanding of embodiment, subtle-body awareness, and sacred presence. She and her spouse Luke live in Mohnton and share their home with their beloved dogs, Peanut and Leroy.

An all-levels class for anyone whose inner soundtrack has been Under Pressure a little too long. Through yoga, somatic movement, and subtle-body exploration, Michele creates space to slow, soften, and listen with curiosity and compassion—allowing supportive opening through tissues, breath, and awareness.
