What kind of week are you having?
It's so close to Friday, can you feel the exhale coming? The busy lives we lead can leave us so anxious and depleted of joy.
As you look back at your week and look forward to what activities are ahead of you this weekend, take a minute to change your personal outlook and you may find joy even in the chaos. Instead of "I have to" change your mind set to "I get to". The difference is quite amazing I believe. It adds a positive spin to what we often see as tiresome or just plain inconvenient. I can't claim these words as my own...but truly appreciate the man who actually did. Try it....and feel free to let me know if you see a difference.

Burdock Root Seedlings:
