Northern Nevada HOPES Welcome to Northern Nevada HOPES! We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit community health center in Reno, NV, with locations at 580 West 5th St. and 1905 East 4th St.

in downtown Reno and the Corridor of Hope. Your health and wellness are our priority. Northern Nevada HOPES is dedicated to building a healthier community by providing coordinated care and support for individual and family wellness. Our community health center combines primary care, medical specialties, behavioral health and prevention with a team of experienced professionals who are committed to high-quality care.

We were thrilled to host a hole at Family Respite Care of Nevada’s Annual Golf Tournament, supporting programs that provide essential respite care for families with children and adults with special needs.

Founded in 1997, Family Respite Care continues to uplift caregivers, and we were honored to bring the vibes to the green!

Our Chill Zone had it all: hydration, electrolytes, shaded seating, an air mattress for a quick recharge, and live DJ beats from our very own marketing guy, keeping the energy cool and energized all day long. 🎶

Here’s to supporting families, caregivers, and a mission rooted in compassion. 💜

Today, we welcomed Senator Jacky Rosen to HOPES’ 4th Street Clinic for an important conversation with our CEO, Sharon Chamberlain, and CMO, Dr. Faith Whittier. Together, we discussed the vital role community health centers play in keeping care accessible—and how Medicaid serves as a lifeline for so many in our community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share the work happening at HOPES and to engage with those who advocate for the health and well-being of Nevadans.
