Story Time 📖
"It's now been a year since this guy had his stroke which left him unable use one side of his body, couldn't walk, drive, even eat without assistance for some time. And though he may never be 100% back, during this past year he re-learned to walk, eat, drive and began exercising for first time in his life. First time being able to touch his toes, ever, though he has been around almost 9 decades! And after , Eric the Trainer and Zac Sudfeld got together to gift him an entire weight set, he began lifting for first time in his life. And keeps asking to train more and more."
