We are beyond excited to introduce our newest teacher… Masha! ✨
We truly feel so lucky to have someone of her caliber here in the Tri-Cities—Masha brings an incredible depth of training, knowledge, and experience that is rare to find.
Masha has been teaching since 2012, with a personal practice that began in 2005. Her training is extensive and deeply rooted, including a 200-hour certification from Yoga Vermont, a 300-hour advanced program at Bella Prana in Tampa, Florida, and over 1,000 hours in yoga therapy. This level of study allows her to skillfully support a wide range of students, meeting each person exactly where they are with intention and care.
Her teaching is grounded in Hatha yoga with a focus on Ghosh Yoga methods, blending functional movement, precise alignment, mindful breathwork, and intelligent sequencing. She has a gift for offering thoughtful modifications and creating a practice that is both accessible and deeply effective. In addition to Hatha, she also teaches Yin, Gentle Yoga, and Yoga Nidra—bringing a well-rounded, therapeutic approach to every class she leads.
Beyond the mat, Masha holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science, further elevating her ability to support overall wellness in a truly holistic way.
Having a teacher with this level of experience and dedication in our community is something really special. We can’t wait for you to meet Masha and experience her classes for yourself—you are going to love her. 🤍
