We are so excited to introduce the newest member of our Trinity teaching team: Ashley Jonas! ✨🧘♀️ Her journey is nothing short of inspiring, and we know you’ll love her warm spirit and welcoming energy just as much as we do. Ashley is someone we’ve had our eye on for a while, and we’re beyond thrilled that she’s now officially part of our community! 💛
Ashley first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2010—but it wasn’t until years later that the practice truly became a lifeline. In 2017, after being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions that left her chronically fatigued and struggling with mobility, she found herself at a crossroads. At her heaviest, weighing 330 pounds, daily activities felt out of reach. Engaging fully in her children’s lives—and her own—felt impossible. 😔
But in 2020, everything began to change. 🙌 Starting with small, consistent steps at home, Ashley began to build a new foundation through weight training, yoga, and Pilates. These practices not only strengthened her physically, but completely transformed her mindset and lifestyle. 💪🧘♀️💫
In 2025, Ashley deepened her commitment to wellness by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Aerial Yoga certification, and earning her Comprehensive Mat Pilates certification. 📜✨
Her mission? To flip the script on fitness culture. Ashley believes movement should be welcoming, inclusive, and adaptable for every body. 🫶 Modifications aren’t about making things easier—they’re about making them accessible and sustainable. With a healthy dose of humor, realism, and heart, Ashley invites you to breathe deeper, move with intention, and not take life—or your workout—too seriously. 😉
