We are incredibly proud to recognize Rhonda Lewis, our Director of Nursing at Southview Acres, as our Champion Leader of the Quarter.

This May marks 10 years of Rhonda’s fearless, steady, and deeply respected leadership at Southview Acres. Throughout the years, she has become one of the most trusted and admired leaders many of our team members have ever worked for. Her influence has helped shape the culture of our building and has left a lasting impact on both staff and residents.

Rhonda led Southview through some of its most challenging moments, including navigating the COVID pandemic with strength, compassion, and unwavering dedication. She has continued to overcome countless other triumphs along the way, always putting people first and leading with integrity.

Her resilience, commitment, and heart for nursing do not go unnoticed. We are incredibly lucky to have Rhonda as part of the Southview Acres family and grateful for everything she brings to our organization every single day!
