Holidays can be hard when we don't have our loved one with us that have passed. Give yourself some grace during the holidays. It's ok to not feel festive. Remember the good times, share their memories, set them a place at your table, pray, walk, cry. They know your hurt, your pain, your longing yet they want you to live your life to the fullest and to the best of your ability. Give yourself some grace.

It's hard to see them go from this physical place to the spiritual place, yet knowing they are and will continue to be with us just in an energetic form, takes time for us to assimilate. Everyone assimilates at different times. The process can't be rushed. ❤️

Some of may know that I have been helping my husband with his father who has been in hospice for the last 10 plus weeks. This has been quite the journey for all of us. My father in law passed at 12:30 a.m. on 11/12. It is a blessing to see him no longer struggling, but at peace. We have a lot to process and do. I won't be available for readings till January 2026.
I appreciate your understanding. I know you have been where we are today.

Moving forward can be a daunting task after the loss of a loved one. Little steps are better than no steps. Be mindful, that your loved ones in Spirit want you to continue moving forward in your life living to your fullest potential. As difficult as that may seem, you can do it. There will be set backs and that's normal. Remember, they are still with you, just in a different energy form.
