When our loved ones pass, a profound change takes place in us. Change is hard, depressing, scary, unfathomable and not what we may have wanted. With change can bring new life, hope, growth, shedding of old patterns or thoughts. Change is hard....but necessary to carry on in your lifes mission. ❤️

After much thought, I have decided to implement a few policies do to the amount of no shows, late cancels and late shows. I'm aware people are busy and forget. Everyone has a phone with a calendar that has a reminder with bells and whistles to help keep you aware of your appointments. 🤷‍♀️ My time is as important as yours.

Massage and Energy work
1. If you are a regular client, I will reschedule a no show, no call or late cancel ( less than 12hrs) 1x only.
2. Showing up late, time will be adjusted.
3. New client that no shows, no call will not be able to reschedule with me.

Readings
1. New client that no shows, no call will not be able to reschedule with me.
2. Late cancel ( less than 12hours) 1x reschedule.
3. If you are an internet read and you don't answer at the time I call, you can't reschedule with me.

If you are chronic (2 or more times) with showing up late or canceling late, I reserve the right to no longer provide you with my services.

Lastly, I take payment after services. Cash, check, venmo or cash app. If you recieve an internet reading and don't have venmo or cash app, I need to recieve your check prior to the reading.

Remember...Early is on time, on time is late and late is unacceptable.
