​With the snow piling up, we want to make sure everyone is staying safe and healthy out there! Whether you are traveling on the roads or clearing your driveway, please take your time and stay mindful of your body.
​A few quick tips for safe shoveling:
​Warm up first to prepare the body.
​Lift with your legs: Avoid twisting your back. Always pivot your whole body rather than rotating at the waist.
​Take frequent breaks: Don't try to tackle the whole driveway at once!

​If the winter weather has left you feeling a little stiff or out of alignment, we are here to help you get back to feeling your best.

Reach for the ceiling like you’re trying to grab a $100 bill. Lean left, lean right, and shake it out. Your joints aren't rusty; they’re just bored!

Don't worry—it’s not because of a "Super Bowl Hangover" (win or lose!). It’s actually the wife and I's Anniversary, and I’ve learned that missing that is way more dangerous than a missed tackle. 💍🏃‍♂️

​When the temperatures drop into the negatives, our bodies naturally go into "survival mode." You might notice you’re subconsciously shrugging your shoulders toward your ears or hunching forward to shield yourself from the wind.
​This "Cold-Weather Crunch" can lead to:
